64% of the doctoral researchers who voted in my August poll gave the same answer about their writing plan:
One good day, then nothing.
In this 75-minute session, I'll walk you through the six-step writing week I build with the researchers in my ADHD-informed coaching: one milestone with a date on it, two or three anchor sessions attached to routines you already keep, a task menu for full-brain, medium, and fog days, a fifteen-minute floor that still counts as a writing day, a panic plan for the day the deadline gets real, and a restart line for the morning after nothing happened.
It's the plan that gets chapters moving on ordinary days, so you stop waiting for the heroic one.
You build yours during the session, on the the six-page workbook, with your real calendar open, and you leave with the next fortnight written down.
Come live, and the next morning you also get "The Supervisor Question", my written answer on whether, when, and how to tell your supervisor about your ADHD. It doesn't go out with the replay.
If you're going to finish your dissertation with the brain you actually have, this is where the plan starts!
